Passed away suddenly at home aged 45 years. Dearly loved son of Melvyn and Pauline. Much loved brother of Sally and treasured uncle of Tora, Flynn and Lexi.
Will friends please meet for the service at the South Chapel, Grenoside Crematorium on Wednesday 14th May at 1.30pm. At the family's request, please wear casual clothing.
